Property Condition Reports: 

 

As of July 1st 2013 it is a legal requirement to have a Property Condition Report (PCR). PCR's must be completed before a new tenant move into the property and will outline the exact condition of a property at time of tenancy. The report is then used once the tenancy ends to ensure that the property is left in the same condition. If during the period of occupancy the report identifies any deviations to the original report then the PCR may be used to enforce the need for the tenants to repair any damages or cover the cost of repairs.

All are our inspections are available electronically, your inspection can be sent to you over the internet immediately after the completion of the report, or could be printed and sent to you if requested.
